The Faculty's Student Ombudsman is appointed by the Dean, upon nomination by the student representatives, after consulting the Faculty Assembly, for a three-year term. The Student Ombudsman is available to the Student Observatory to assist it in the performance of its duties and to receive any complaints, observations, and proposals. The Ombudsman has the right to conduct investigations and reports to the Dean, who, based on the specific case, takes the appropriate action. Students who contact the Ombudsman have the right, upon request, to remain anonymous, and their name, as well as any other identifiable information, is excluded from the right of access to administrative documents.
