Image Analysis Station

Adjacent to the instrumentation there is a workstation equipped with software packages for the collection, digital processing and analysis of images. 
With an implementation perspective, the software available at the moment are: NIS-A 2D and 3D deconvolution module with algorithms 
(fast, non-blind, landweber).

Booking requirements:

The use of the workstation will be regulated with a limit of 4 hours per single daily booking for each user relating to the single PI. The inclusion of multiple bookings will be agreed with the technical manager.
